- Orders are processed daily and your credit card will be billed in your local currency.
- Your credit card will be billed as "Sallamander Concepts, Pretoria, ZA".
- Our billing department will e-mail you when your order has been processed - so PLEASE ensure that you supply us with your correct e-mail address.
Shipping and delivery procedures 
- Orders are shipped from London, United Kingdom, via Royal Mail.
- Parcels are sent with 1st class (priority) mail in plain wrappers.
- PLEASE NOTE - delivery times will vary because we have to rely on your local postal service to deliver the parcels.
- Delivery time is about 12 - 19 days to North America, the Middle East, Australia, New Zealand and the Far East.
- Delivery to the United Kingdom and Europe is about 6 - 8 days.
- Parcels are delivered by your national postal service.
Other shipping and billing matters
- We DO NOT send via courier (DHL, FedEx etc) as the cost is too high.
- If any duties or taxes should be applicable it would be for your account.
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, only unopened bottles can be returned for credit by pre-paid return mail, and the articles must be in their original state.
