To ensure that everybody understands our order and shipping procedure, we have included this page.

Our Sallamander Concepts shopping cart - operated by Americart - does the order processing for all our websites:

Orders can be placed with our secure on-line shopping cart situated at the bottom end of each individual product page.

All orders placed are processed in the following manner:

  • Orders are taken by our secure on-line shopping cart 24 / 7 and are processed daily.

  • All credit cards are billed as Sallamander Concepts.

  • As soon as the transaction has been authorized by your credit card company we then process the order - and a confirmation e-mail sent to you.

  • Shipping of your order is done from our Pretoria offices - but is posted from London (United Kingdom) to all destinations in the world.

  • All parcels are sent via Royal Mail - First Class mail.

  • Delivery time varies, since we have to rely on local postal authorities, but will take approximate:

    • 12 - 15 days to North America
    • 5 - 7 days in the UK and Europe
    • 15 - 18 days to Russia, Far and Middle East as well as Australia, New Zealand etc - 15 to 18.

In most cases, faster delivery times are reported.

Items are not sent by courier, since the cost to courier a parcel is prohibitive and we have found that it is not that much quicker to warrant the cost.

Orders can be cancelled until the parcel is posted, but once posted, the order can not be cancelled, as it can not be removed from the system, as that contravenes postal regulation.

Should you however wish to return an item for credit, kindly return it to our office, and upon receipt of the parcel, we will process a refund minus the shipping fee, which is normally about 20%.

Shipping

All parcel are sent out in plain boxes or plain padded mailing envelopes.

This service has proven, for more than a decade, as extremely reliable, and very few problems are ever experienced.

Since parcels are sent via World Mail (also used by www.Amazon.com) a tracking number is not assigned, but should you have a query on your delivery, simply e-mail us at orders@ageless.co.za. Mailing is done according to international regulations and all required documentation is attached to each mail item.

None of our products are banned for sale in any modern country and all ingredients have also been approved and all our products comply with international health standards, although some countries may not allow their entry into that particular country, based on local religious or cultural restriction.

For this reason we are not responsible for custom clearance, although full custom documentation accompanies each mail item. Should any local taxes be payable, as what may be determined by each country, this would be payable by the addressee.
