The US Dollar price of all our products listed on the website includes first class postage to ANY destination in the world. (EXCEPT SOUTH AFRICA)
So if you stay in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Singapore, Russia, Australia, Dubai, Argentina etc etc - the listed US Dollar price includes postage to you.
The price includes all shipping and handling charges and there is no minimum order quantity or any other charges.
All orders placed are processed in the following manner:
Orders are taken by our secure on-line shopping cart 24 / 7. We process these orders Monday to Friday, and during this process your card billing details are submitted to the credit card merchant company for verification and authorization. All credit cards are billed as Sallamander Concepts/Ageless.co.za As soon as the merchant company has verified all card transactions, our shipping department then packs the order, which is then shipped from our Pretoria offices via London, UK to all destinations in the world. As soon as your order is placed in the Royal Mail system, an e-mail is sent to the mail address which you supplied when ordering, confirming that your order is on its way. Should there be a problem with your card, we will also send you an e-mail regarding this fact.
All parcels are sent via First Class mail, but delivery times vary, since we have to rely on your local postal authorities, but herewith the approximate delivery times:
United States of America and rest of Americas - 12 to 15 working days; Europe and central Europe - 5 to 7 working days; Russia, Far and Middle East as well as Australia, New Zealand etc - 15 to 18 working days In most cases faster delivery times are reported. Items are not sent by courier, since the cost to courier a parcel is prohibitive and we have found that it is not that much quicker to warrant the cost. Orders can be cancelled until the parcel is posted, but once posted, the order can not be cancelled, as it can not be removed from the system, as that contravenes postal regulation. Should you however wish to return an item for credit, kindly return it to our office, and upon receipt of the parcel, we will process a refund minus the shipping fee, which is normally about 20%.
All parcel are sent out in plain boxes or plain padded mailing envelopes and are posted via British Royal Mail, using First Class mail.
This service has proven, for more than a decade, as extremely reliable, and very few problems are ever experienced.
Since parcels are sent via World Mail (also used by www.Amazon.com) a tracking number is not assigned, but should you have a query on your delivery, simply e-mail us at orders@ageless.co.za.. Mailing is done according to international regulations and all required documentation is attached to each mail item.
None of our products are banned for sale in any modern country and all ingredients have also been approved and all our products comply with international health standards, although some countries may not allow their entry into that particular country, based on local religious or cultural restriction.
For this reason we are not responsible for custom clearance, although full custom documentation accompanies each mail item. Should any local taxes be payable, as what may be determined by each country, this would be payable by the addressee.
All the prices listed are in US Dollar - but when buying with your credit card, you will be billed in your local currency, at the ruling exchange rate at that time.
